ドローン撮影を予定されている皆様へ、警察（石川警察署）より法改正に関する重要なご案内がございます。以下の内容を熟読し、厳守していただきますようお願いいたします。
2026年7月14日よりドローンに関する法律が改正され、規制が大幅に強化されました。これに伴い、金武町内でドローン撮影を実施される場合は、撮影の2日前までに管轄の警察署への事前申請が必須となります。申請を行わずに飛行させた場合、直ちに罰則の対象となり、事件として扱われます。
当観光協会におきましても、適切な申請を行っていない企業様につきましては、ドローン撮影を固くお断りさせていただきます。トラブルを未然に防ぐため、申請関係はしっかりと行っていただきますようお願い申し上げます。

To everyone planning to conduct drone filming:
We have received an important notice from the Ishikawa Police Station regarding recent legal amendments. Please read the following carefully and ensure strict compliance.
Effective July 14, 2026, drone laws have been revised, and regulations have been significantly strengthened. Accordingly, if you intend to conduct drone filming within Kin Town, it is now mandatory to submit a prior application to the jurisdictional police station at least two days before your scheduled shoot. Flying a drone without completing this application will immediately subject you to legal penalties and will be treated as a criminal offense.
The Tourism Association will firmly refuse drone filming by any organization that has not completed the proper application procedures. To prevent any complications, we strongly ask that you thoroughly manage and complete all necessary application requirements.
